This pertains to ‘Starter’ Cats only. A ‘starter’ cat is one that is released and therefore has no parents.
‘Starter’ cats will not have retired traits in them, unless specified.
All traits are always available through breeding.
WHISKERS - are a new traits as of December 2023.
Cat with only 8 possible traits showing can be considered to have the standard whiskers, but the do not contain any DNA for the 9th trait, Whiskers.
Use your 8-trait possible cats to crossbreed with 9-trait (whiskers trait cats) in order to create babies that have the 9th whisker trait.
Breeding two 8-trait cats will not create a 9-trait cat (with the whiskers trait). They do not have any DNA in them for whiskers.

Starters are based on our 26 realistic primary breeds:
Tabby Mackerel, Tabby Broken Mackerel, Tabby Classic, Tabby Sokoke, Tabby Ticked, Siamese Lynx Point, Siamese, Siamese Torti Point, Siamese Torti Lynx Point, Solid, Tortoiseshell Brindle, Tortoiseshell & White, Harlequin, Van, Van Calico, Tuxedo Modern, Tuxedo Bibbed, Bicolor, Calico, Caliby, Abyssinian, Snowshoe, Snowshoe Tabby, Bengal
With Starters, only the Starter Eyes are possible, unless the ‘starter’ is an LE (Limited Edition) with no parents. Special LEs have their eyes set to certain ones.
As with all cats, Starters will have a hidden set of DNA you cannot see.
As they have no parents to get DNA information from, these traits are randomly given, and can include all body-ear-tails EXCEPT those retired.
They can also have hidden possible shades, which include:
Sleek, Shimmer, Glimmer, Luminous, Dazzle, Flare, Nightfall, Blush.
No other shades are hiding in starters.
